Saraf is an entrepreneur and business leader with over 20+ years of extensive experience across IT, Telecommunications, Wireless Communications, Smart Energy, Automotive, Retail, and Dairy Industries. He brings a strong blend of startup leadership, global business development, and large-scale program delivery.As Co-Founder and COO of Hari Classes  , RAS Technologies India and Insta ICT,Raghavendra plays a key role in driving strategy, operations, partnerships, and technology-led growth across multiple industry verticals. He has held senior leadership positions with leading global OEMs and technology organizations, including Lear Corporation (USA), Arada Systems Inc. (USA), Benning (Germany – Joint Venture with BSMC India), Tech Mahindra, and Stellapps Technologies (a digital IoT platform for the dairy industry). His startup engagements also include Eagle AI Consulting and Blueberry Semiconductors.
At Arada Systems Inc., California, Raghavendra successfully built and scaled the India business as Director – India Connectivity, leading wireless and automotive connectivity initiatives. He was instrumental in growingArada’s Wi-Fi Enterprise (V2X) business, which was later acquired by NETGEAR (NASDAQ: NTGR), while Arada’s automotive business was acquired by Lear Corporation (NYSE: LEA) in 2015. He has also spearheaded IoT-driven digital transformation initiatives for the dairy industry, enabling end-to-end digitization of the dairy supply chain using AI and Machine Learning technologies. Most recently, Raghavendra served as Program / Delivery Head at Tech M, managing large-scale Telecom 4G and 5G programs and leading delivery for the Asia region Nokia account Raghavendra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Gulbarga University and a Post-Graduate degree in Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies (SIMS),Pune.
